Hello Readers,
One of the most self-destructive thought patterns anyone can inflict on themselves, or others is self-doubt and a heavy, negative outlook. Nothing restricts your personal growth and success more than procrastination and self-criticism. It’s like a silent voice in your head wittering on about what life must be like on the planet doom.
One of the biggest reasons why you tend to doubt yourself so much is that you have never really seen yourself in action because you have never given yourself a chance to expand and excel at anything for fear of failure or rejection. Instead, choosing to remain with the familiar and mediocre because that is what you have always done, even though you are not completely happy with the results. You have never properly experienced breaking limits nor standing in the spotlight and getting cheered by the audience. You believe you have failed just because you haven’t yet won. When you start changing your thinking and outlook, you will begin to realise that your fears were just a figment of your imagination or planted there by the dumb seed planters. Just because others are less than happy with their lot, they will soon resent your fighting spirit and subsequent success because it exposes their lack of motivation and optimism for a brighter and better future. Erase all self-doubt and inner destruction by working towards improving your strong points instead of focusing on your weaknesses.
Continuous emotional abuse, insults, insinuations, criticism, and accusations slowly eat away at your self-esteem and sanity until you’re incapable of judging anything accurately nor making good decisions. You may even begin to think that there is something wrong with you, or fear that you are losing your mind.
Understand that criticism is only the opinion of others and that you can choose whether or not to take their comments on board or not.
Refuse to become a victim of your circumstances and give a lift to your potentials each and every day against the wish of any obstacle you encounter. Seek and pray for strength and courage, not to be greater than others, but to feel happy and comfortable living your own life and just being yourself. Believe in your infinite potential because you have the power and wherewithal to achieve greater things once you put your mind to it. Your only real limitations are those you set upon yourself. Others may be standing or even leaning against someone or something, but you must make an effort to stand out in the crowd. People may be breaking grounds, but you must breakthrough your own negativity and fears of falling flat on your face. Dare to be exceptionally excellent and start walking tall.
‘The bird dares to break the shell, then the shell breaks open and the bird can fly openly. This is the simplest principle of success. You dream, you dare, and you fly.’
Love and light,
