Hello Readers,
During the course of our lives many of us have experienced being torn down, traumatised and severely damaged by events that were often beyond our control. When one’s life has been shattered into a million pieces, where patience has been severely tested and nerves have been on the brink of shattering it is all too easy to give up hope because of our despairing about the future. We have all been there and experienced traumas and difficulties that words cannot begin to describe but situations like these can actually be a blessing in disguise because they can provide you with an opportunity to reassemble the pieces together how you want them to be rather than as they were previously. Rock bottom can often be the solid foundation on which to rebuild your life.
The first step is to learn to love yourself more and you can begin that by releasing bottled up emotions that are trapped inside your mind that are whirling around with nowhere to go. If you find yourself stuck in such a situation, seek help because talking to someone helps. By taking one small step in a new and different direction you will trigger off a vortex of change that will lead you to calmer and more tranquil waters. It’s also vitally important that you make time for yourself and not constantly surround yourself with noise, distractions and chaos. Learn to be your own best friend because if you dislike your own company and fall into the trap of associating with people who are not on your wavelength, mistakes and errors of judgement will be made. Instead, surround yourself with positive people who are genuine and with whom you can build a worthwhile relationship. Never be afraid of the chance to start over again because when the storm has passed, put your energy into rebuilding your life and never waste time looking back. Your mind is a powerful thing and when you fill it with positive thoughts, things start to change. Your life does not get better with chance, it gets better with change.
May the next few months be a period of beautiful transformation.
Until Next Week,
Love and Light,
Linda and The Lulas xxx
